I
was born on February 3, 1982 in Charlotte, N.C. From there, my
childhood memories are of the various places I've lived, scattered at
best. My family moved around seven times before settling in the
Garden State.
No
matter how many different schools I went to, I do know that art
was something I stuck with and enjoyed. Our various houses had been
decorated with all kinds of art from my brothers and I, and my family's
house now still is.
I
guess in high school I first began considering art as a career. Although
I did well in school, art seemed to be the only subject I really enjoyed.
After
graduating high school in 2000, I moved on to Monmouth
University in Long Branch, NJ. I knew when I got there that I would
study art, and I did. Like any college student, I worked hard and played
hard. I learned a lot both in and out of class, and graduated in 2004
with
an honors BFA focusing on Computer Graphics and Design.
I
am now living in Long Branch, working, learning, and gaining
experience
in the industry. I also still do a little painting and drawing
in my free time. I've posted both fine art and design work in the portfolio
section. Be sure to check back often, this is only the beginning. Thanks
for looking.
